Info Post

Sometimes my heart doesn't beat quite right. It's like a pocket watch that gets a little stuck every other tick. It's still going but after awhile it's no help figuring out what time it is. I feel like I can't catch my breath. Each skipped beat is followed by a punch that hits my breast bone. It makes me feel hollow, metal. It's like I've swallowed a bird that wants nothing more than to escape. All I can do is sit, wait, try to make myself breathe, and stay calm. Panic only makes it worse.
